Community 2 Community
HopeMongers invites businesses, churches, schools, and other organizations to ‘adopt’ a specific village or country. These organizations partner with Blogger Advocatesto build online community and make meaningful investments of time, talent, money, gifts, and public advocacy on behalf of their adopted community.
Sponsoring Organizations are important supporters of online buzz, community outreach, and microgiving fund-raising efforts. There is no minimum financial requirement to be a Sponsoring Organization and community sponsorship opportunities are determined by the community’s Blogger Advocate. Sponsorship opportunities might include things like donating prizes for a fun blogging campaign or matching funds toward a particular microgiving project.
Adoptive Organizations play an important role in achieving long-term, redemptive community goals. Redemptive success requires not only great organizations committed to getting the job done but also great people committed to building relationships with their adopted community. As a result, Adoptive Organizations make long-term commitments of at least 3 years, make meaningful financial investments, and play an active role in redemptive community planning. The HopeMongers Community Redemption Framework, Annual Community Assessment, and Annual Community Scorecard are the foundations of manageable success and continuous improvement for community self-sufficiency and economic independance.
HopeMongers offers a one-day structured planning session to help Adoptive Organizations get organized and moving in the right direction. Select HopeMongers partners like Children’s HopeChest manage adoptive relationships ongoing.
