25 orphan and vulnerable children, ages 4-20, call the Cottages at Injesuthi home. They attend local schools in rural Natal, and need remedial teaching and computer skills. An unused building could be become an tutoring center, complete with school furniture, Zula reading texts (most are behind in Zulu reading and writing), upgraded internet, and a small computer lab. $8,000 would set this up and operate for a year, and pay small stipend for a tutor. The Cottages’ staff and local community would also gain basic computing skills.
